TrustViews is a web analytics service that measures visits to your website and can display them on a public stats page. By using TrustViews, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account (at minimum, a valid email address).
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, break the law, or try to disrupt our infrastructure.

3. Use of the Service

• You may add the TrustViews script only to websites you control or are authorized to manage.
• You may not use TrustViews to track people in ways that violate privacy laws, or to build profiles on individual users.
• We can change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time; where possible we will give reasonable notice.

4. Data and Public Stats

• When you add your site, TrustViews collects visit data (see Privacy Policy) and may show aggregated metrics (e.g., page views) on a public stats page for your site.
• You are responsible for ensuring this public display is compatible with your own privacy policy and visitor expectations.
• You keep all rights to your website and its content; we only process traffic data to provide analytics.

5. Payments

• You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
• We may change pricing in the future and will communicate changes in advance.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

• TrustViews is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind (including uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose).
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, or zero if you only used the free tier.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of France.
